[Resolved]  Quikr — Order cancelled by seller, but refund not yet done

This is to inform you that for ad id[protected] the seller cancelled the request because quikr had problems with manpower and other things to pick up item from seller place, so he cancelled the offer. Refund was initiated on 11th January 2017. Usually within 7 business days refund will be made, but this time its already 10 days over, but still when I checked with bank today, I have not got any refund.

First of all there was problem with picking up and now refund is not being made and customer care is telling I have to send PDF format. This is really bugging me. I am putting in all social networking sites that doorstep delivery offer is really very horrible by quikr.
