[Resolved] Quikr — Paid for delivery item but not delivered | |
Hello quikr, I was frustrated, lost patience, time and money. I have paid to deliver an item through quikr, but seller removed ad. when i am trying to contact seller mobile switched off. When i contact quikr, you asking me to contact seller for cancellation but seller simply switched off mobile. I called quikr about 20 times but you simply direct asking me to contact seller. when i ask quikr to return my money seller has to cancel. why dont you call seller and return my money. at last several attempts seller picked call and asked to cancel event though quikr took 1 month to return my money. Ad_ID[protected] HELLO PEOPLE, NEVER TRUST QUIKR AND DO NOT BUY ANY ITEM FROM QUIKR. THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT IS WORST. NOT AT ALL SUPPORT CUSTOMER ISSUES. Was this information helpful? | |
