[Resolved]  Quikr — Parcel handed over to wrong person

Bought HTC One M8 and Quikr team handed over the courier around 3:30 pm 22/03/2017 to my sister who is in 8th grade. After an hour, I opened the box and found parts of the mobile are missing. Called Quikr to inform about this they are telling you should have checked it at the time of delivery.
Delivery guys did not contact me to check if the parcel can be handed over to my sister.

Dear sir,
Today i searched a product on quicker when i made payment through my credit card:[protected] altough amount 2571 deducted from my card code:G22400 but payment gateway shows payment failed.

Plz do the needfull.
