[Resolved] Quikr — pathetic service of quikr doorstep delivery | |||
I had put an add (Ad no :[protected]on quikr to sell my brothers 6 months old queen size wooden bed as he was relocating. I got a buyer from vizag who paid money to quikr the same day. On 5th april quikr doorstep team came to my home and took the bed and told that they will take it to their warehouse which is 30km from my place of stay and from there they will ship it to vizag. The next day i got a message from quikr saying that the buyer has refused to take the bed. When i called the buyer he said he had never said that and was eagerly waiting for the bed to arrive at his place. When contacted the customer service they told that the wooden bed is being returned as the item is fragile. Why did the quikr team pickup the bed from my place in the first instance when they thought that the item was fragile, on top of it my bed was returned with full scratches on its sides. I wasted 2 days of my time is delivering and taking back my own bed. I need a compensation from quikr for the damage caused to the bed and also wasting my time. Was this information helpful? | |||
