[Resolved]  Quikr — Payment not credited

I've sold my sofa on Quikr for 8500/-

Got a message from Quikr - The buyer has paid Rs. 8500. The buyer has opted for 'Self-pickup'.We will transfer the payment to your account after the pick-up is confirmed.

I sent the item through porter for which I got message and confirmation of item got delivered. From both porter app and buyer. I could see cash balance of 8500 balance in Quikr account. I initiated the transfer in my account.

But the payment is yet not credited to my account this is pathetic. It should immediately get credited once the buyer confirms the delivery of product please help.
