[Resolved] Quikr — Payment not received (ad id:[protected] | |||||
I have sold an item (Tv stand with trolley, ad id[protected] for rs. 800/- through quickr. Rs 400/- was charged for delivery and i was told i will be paid rs. 400/-. I was notified that the buyer has paid the money. The pickup was done on tuesday 26th april and i have the signed receipt of the pickup. Till now i have received the amount in my account. When i called the customer care they are saying that the pickup has not yet been scheduled and asked me for date when i will be available. I have not received satisfactory response for my queries. The whole quikr doorstep is very disorganized, there is no transparency to the customer about the status of the order. Even the customer care does not know the status!
