[Resolved]  Quikr — Payment not received AD_ID[protected]

I have been writing to the DL since the last 4 days hoping for a resolution but nobody has bothered to answer my query or try and resolve the issue. Its with deep grievance am writing that an item Sofa cum bed with Storage that I had posted on Quikr was successfully sold on 8th of January. I had called up quikr customer care multiple times that day requesting that what if the buyer gives a false OTP to which quikr personnel mentioned that the portal wouldnt proceed until the OTP was correct. The buyer had arranged for his own pick up for my furniture, and shared the OTP which was accepted by quikr, post which I got an email from quikr that my item has been successfully delivered to the buyer by a certain Fouzia Shaikh and the amount will be transferred to my quikr account in 4 hours. I had to call quikr customer care post 4 hours as it had not come to my wallet post which it was credited to my quikr account and within few minutes I initiated the bank transfer for the same amount. I have been following up since last week 15th Jan trying to get hold of customer care who are saying the call back will be arranged by quikr bazaar. its been 10 days since my item was taken away from me, the buyer made payment to quikr, it came to quikr account but it hasn't been credited to my bank account.
Jayshree from customer care today mentioned she has escalated the issue and I will hear back from someone from payments team but I still haven't, This morning someone from quikr payment called with the most bizarre accusation that she will only credit to my account if buyer has received the product, I was really really agitated hearing that, as a seller my product is gone for free, itsbeen 10 days, the buyer has himself arranged for the transport, quikr themselves confirmed that the item has been delivered to buyer, they credited my cash wallet but they refuse to credit my account on the premise what if the buyer ast got?

I mean seriously, the item isn't with me, the item is marked sold, the buyer;s ITP and chats and photos of pick up are there with me as proof, I have proof that my cash wallet was credit and remit initiated and yet quikr refuses to give me the transaction reference number for my own money, My patience has been tested, I have been lied to and cheated if I don't receive my money deposited in my bank account by tomorrow I will be forced to take a legal action.

I am hereby attaching the following proofs:
1. The mail from quikr confirming the item has been delivered
2. the snapshot from quikr that my item has been sold
3. photos proving my account was debited but no amount has come my bank account
4. whatsapp conversations showing the buyer's chat, the pick up photos etc
