[Resolved]  Quikr — Payment not received even after 8 days of selling product on Quikr

Payment not received even after 8 days of selling product on Quikr.

I managed to sell a product on Quikr on 10th November and the Buyer collected the product on 11th November. I initiated a bank transfer of the payment from Buyer via Quikr Escrow account to my personal bank account on 11th November.
As per Quikr, it takes 3 to 5 working days for the payment to be reach my bank.
Today is 20th November and till date the payment is not done.
I had written to Quikr customer care 10 times via email to solve this problem as I feel cheated since product is delivered to Buyer and I am left with no payment.
All they do is give me dates extension and no resolution.
I also posted this complaint on twitter and again they are just asking me to wait.
They could have escalated it and identified means to release the payment first and then research what went wrong at their end.
Rather as a customer, its me who is facing problems.

Again, I am raising a complaint this time on the consumer forum hoping to get a resolution and not another date extension.

I request help.
