[Resolved] Quikr — Payment not received for product | |||||
There was upright bike which was sold through quickr on 5th Oct and payment was initiated by 7th Oct. The same has not been credited to the account till date and when email was sent to quickr they shared UTR number which was not traced by the bank as they said that the transaction number is invalid. On talking with quickr customer care since a week daily they are just saying different reasons like there was issue in payment gateway, we will check with bank etc and need 3 to 5 days of time to check etc. I need urgent help to get the below payment confirmations traced and confirm me back ASAP else wpuld require my product back.
