[Resolved] Quikr — Pickup and delivery service not fulfilled | |||||
I purchased a used washing machine from quikr on 14th April, 2016. The whole payment was done online. And to the quikr doorstep service, the item gets delivered within 24-48 hours after the payment within the same city. The order id is[protected]. On my quikr profile, the item was supposed to be delivered by 16th April evening. After constant calls to the quikr support and logistic team I have got no response. The machine has still not been picked up from the seller yet. The customer experience is pathetic. Even the seller has wrote several emails to the doorstep and support team. He got no particular response or communication regarding when the delivery will be done. The ad id of the item is[protected]. Also, I would like tell that the customer care service is horrible, they hardly pick up the call and even when they do they don't take up the responsibility and ask to call other department. Either I want the amount to be refunded back with quikr explaining me, why it was not delivered on time or the delivery should be done within 24 hours. Was this information helpful? | |||||
