[Resolved] Quikr — pickup scheduling request and poor customer service response | |
Dear sir I have been trying to schedule a pickup from yesterday. It is urgent since i am leaving tomorrow. I have not gotten a response. Once pickup team called. No one spoke and then disconnected the call (It feels as if they just called to fulfill their sla). Yesterday when i escalated to customer service the and asked them for resolution The person "karthik raje" put me on hold for 20 minutes and then i had to disconnect.
