[Resolved] Quikr — Poor customer service, cheaters | |||||
Paid for sofa set and bookshelf amounting to more than 12 thousand. Been waiting for three days with no sign of the furnitures. Their only excuse- a missed call which never rang and a text message saying " we tried reaching you for scheduling the delivery time ". Called up customer care and informed them that they can deliver anytime anyday but Iam still getting the above mentioned excuses on my phone.oñe of the sellers also complains of the same. Ad IDs 1.[protected].[protected]. How long will you play this game, quikr? Uve even asked for 200 INR extra for picking up AD 1 apart from the delivery charges levied on myself and the seller.
