[Resolved] Quikr — Poor process and support | |||
I have purchased a Lg Nexus 5 16gb excellent condition mobile phone from quikr but the phone has some problem so, I posted a compliant to quikr and they send their service partner to pick up the phone on 30/September/2016. And last week I received a call regarding your request your refund is initiated and provide your bank detail to us through mail. I send a mail in that day itself but still now I didn't receive my refund. When I call to the customer care last week they said you will get your refund within two days or on Monday this week but today I called to them again they saying we are doing quality check. I really very much disappointed with the quikr customer service and their process. It's more than a month I returned a phone still they are process.
