Quikr — Poor quality of sofa set supplied by your dealer. | |||||
I have called and messaged your dealer many times alternatively from one month regarding the poor quality of sofa set that was purchased from quikr.com. I think that does not include the code of conduct between a customer and a service provider. I've been patient since long time but again no response from dealer's end. The nails that holds the seating cushion are exposed now due to poor quality, it is a 6 seater l shape sofa and the alignment from the separation that connects both sofas are not in good shape nor leveled. In the end i just want you to replace or refund it immediately or else i will be forced to take legal actions against your company.Being a customer experiencing a bad quality of products and services, it is truly a mental harassment. It includes my hard earned money that does not deserves this poor quality of service. I have attached the photos of the sofa along with this mail. Was this information helpful? | |||||
