[Resolved]  Quikr — poor service,late delivery

I have purchased a quikr assured product first it showed delivery by 2jan 2019 but after that quikr relationship manager called me said you will get it delivered and then after that another relationship manager named kavia called me asked did you buyed it i said yes asked for screenshot, why did she asked i dont know? And then it started showing pending and they said it will take 20days for delivey and we dont have the product
How can they say this when i purchased a buy now product that to quikr assured
What kind of service is this
20 days for delivery really?
Resolve this issue and deliver my product as early as possible.

On Quikr assured product they say seamless and convenient on there website and app but I am getting this type of poor service.

I called quikr doorstep scheduling team and the representative named r pawan kept my call on HOLD when i said i have not received the delivery 15 days have gone he said team will call you and he then without listening to me ended the conversation and kept the call on HOLD for some seconds or minutes then ENDED the call.
POOR service from quikr
i feel CHEATED now because for last 15 days they are saying the SAME.

quikr support and customer care is doing nothing, i have called them many times still they are saying the same thing.
