[Resolved] Quikr — poor service,late delivery

Ad id[protected] I have purchased a quikr assured product first it showed delivery by 2jan 2019 but after that quikr relationship manager called me said you will get it delivered and then after that another relationship manager named kavia called me asked did you buyed it i said yes asked for screenshot, why did she asked i dont know? And then it started showing pending and they said it will take 20days for delivey and we dont have the product How can they say this when i purchased a buy now product that to quikr assured What kind of service is this 20 days for delivery really?
