Quikr — premium ad purchase

I got a call from Mr Kishore [protected]@[protected] for purchase of 100 premium ads at 5000 rupees, after discussion with him I deposited the amount online through a link he sent through SMS, when my package did not get activated I tried calling him but he stopped picking up my calls and responding to my messages.
I contacted quikr helpline and marked a mail regarding my issue on the very mail id provided by them([protected]@quikr.com) on 13 july 2018.
They have replied back on the same mail with a ticket no 706363 which is redirecting to non functioning url (http://qticketing.quikrcorp.com/upload/scp/http://qticketing.quikrcorp.com/uplo...⇄

Till today there is no response from there side neither my package has been activated.
