[Resolved] Quikr — premium ad, quikr fooling customers | |||||
I would like to raise a complaint against mr faizan shaikh, a quikr executive from quikr mumbai.in dec. 2017 (24th) i had uploaded one ad for my mobile. Xaiomi mia1, for 14000. I had already upgraded the ad for premium by paying some 150 rupees. Then the same day i got a call from mr. Faizan shaikh, saying that if i pay an amount of 850 rupees, my mobile ad will be upgraded, and if not sold for the amount, quikr would buy the mobile in the similar price within a span of 10 days. After that i tried to contact him on the mail id that he mailed from, but dint get any response. Now i felt cheated. After that i had a health isdue so cudnt get in touch with quikr. Today i had called quikr, they said thers no such offer, but the 850 ruppes i paid was for upgradation of total 10 ads, that i would have posted, and this thing wasn't ever conveyed to me.
