[Resolved] Quikr — Premium membership | |||||
Yesterday i got a call from quikr executive n told about there premium membership n i was also convinced by them and paid Rs.1001/- for bike ad but they people had activated this premium membership on my another ad which is not urgent to sell or it is not my requirement. Executive also told me that sunday means today they will send some enquiries about my bike for which i have paid as premium membership. After when i was known that premium membership activated on another ad where i don't required i call custmer care they told that this not our problem now u need to send email to our customer support email id. I have paid 1001/- but fees for this is only343/- this is mention on quiker mobile application. Now after this harassment i want my amount back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
