[Resolved] Quikr — Product Damaged during transport by Quikr | |||||
I had purchased a King size bed AD ID :[protected] for which I had made payment on the 18th of Dec and the bed was picked up from the seller on the same day. Post that the bed was not delivered in spite of multiple follow up's. On 31st the bed finally arrived at my address, however it was so badly damaged that it was rendered unusable. I have asked for a refund of my money. This is a very unfortunate experience as till date I have had good experiences with Quikr before. Please be cautious when availing transport on Quikr and insist on delivery the same day. Do not let them take it to the warehouse. Was this information helpful? | |||||
