Quikr — Product not received after the payment

Hi, I have paid for one of the product in quikr on 22nd. After that I got a call from them saying, I will get the product by 23rd. After that I have not received any call or status of the order and I had called the customer support 8 times. They are giving the generic reply saying "within one hour you will get the call" or " we will contact you soon". I am not getting the call or replies to the mail. I have asked them to refund the money back but theyare saying it will take 10 days to refund. I have got frustrated and please help me to solve this as soon as possible. Still not resolved and getting ridiculous answers from customer support. Worst experience ever.
