[Resolved]  Quikr — product not received, its been more then 18 days

I made a purchase through quikr on the 22nd of december 2019 and i haven't received my product yet. The customer care people keep lying and they have a new answer every time they call. It's been 18 days they are not able to track my package or give me a proper answer. I request to kindly look into the matter.

The product is ordered on the name of ashish
