[Resolved]  Quikr — product not received since a week

I have ordered a bed week ago and its not delivered by quikr doorstep yet. I have tried reaching its customer care multiple times but it dint reach back to its customer. Already made prepayment and no product delivered from quikr.
I have weitten to there management also and there is no revert from them.
Quikr never contacted me for delivery. Its better not to launch a service if you cannot fulfil it.
Pathetic service. Need quick resolution.
