Quikr — Product undelivered for past one week | |||||
Hi team, I have purchased a tv unit from the seller through quickrdoorstep last sunday and it was promised that it will be delivered by monday. But that didn't happen. Later they rescheduled to 20th april. Even this they failed to meet. Now they have scheduled it to day with pickup time as 10:00 am from seller and delivery by 1:00 pm to me. So far no updates. I am using the quickr app to track. It is in the same status from last one week. Tried reaching customer care on [protected] but of no use since monday. Quikr is not updating customer pro actively. Quikr if you cannot manage your logistics please make any promises with the fancy Ads saying doorstep delivery with in a day or two. Please Please don't fool the people .
