[Resolved] Quikr — providing false information and taking money from customers. | |||||
Yesterday, on 6th august 2018, an employee from quikr named laxman gore called me at around 11am claiming that if i pay rs 2250, my ad will have much more viewers and i will get calls and offers for my ad as soon as i made the payment. He also said that he will be available on the number that he had called from, for any queries that i have. I did not get any call or offer for my ad after making the payment. I then messaged mr laxman gore in whatsapp informing him about it. He then replied telling me to wait for 4 hours. 4 hours went by, i still did not receive any call or offer. After that when i texted him again asking for a refund of my money and cancellation of the service against the payment that i had made, he stopped viewing or replying to my messages. I tried calling him numerous times but he stopped receiving my calls. Quikr is providing false information to customers and is extorting money based on false information.
