[Resolved]  Quikr — purchase premium package but still not my ad

I have purchased your premium package of electrician for hex electricians on 16 november, 2017.

Payment is successfully done as i have got a mail of successful payment for your side but my ad is still not show at anywhere and can get any of your services.

As well as your customer care executive isl not provide me any clarification. Just transfer the call and cut automatically.

Start my ad as soon as possible or reply me back with clarification. Otherwise i would take any legal action.
