[Resolved] Quikr — purchased item not delivered yet

Have bought a shoe rack and was supposed to be delivered on 6th february 2019 but it's not delivered yet. Complete payment including delivery charges are made. On asking they are like it will be delivered soon.. It was rescheduled twice without any proper reason...

And they levied a hefty delivery charge as well. If they don't deliver on time then i don't want to pay the delivery charges.. Why we have to suffer always..

Quikr called up and said product will be delivered today between 02:00 and 04:00... But I can see it got rescheduled again ...

They are just buying time.. I think everyone should stop selling and buying from Quikr then only they will understand..
