[Resolved] Quikr — quicker representative has upgraded my plan to premium instead of platinum

Hi I had raised an freed add for flat rental (Bangaloreas owner on 12/2 quicker representative (Names karthik and manoj) called me to upgrade plan for platinum but upgraded to premium now when i am calling they are not responding now when i am seeing my add its shows exhaustive and premium not platinum also i did not get any response as it was informed Please do the need full for valued customer and let the trust remain.
