[Resolved] Quikr — quikr certified mobile replacement | |||||
Good morning sir, Happy mahashivratri. This is to bring in your kind notice that i purchased quikr certified phones from quikr.com couple of days ago. Within the time frame of the replacement term i noticed that the back button of this phone is not working properly. I tried to restart the phone reset the phone i tried everything what i could from my end. Then finally i reached back to the quikr customer service to initiate the replacement for the same. They told me that i need to send a video of the same showing that the back button is not functioning well. I did the same but now they are saying that phone cannot replace because it getting start and it's not there fault in that. Where ever i cannot firstly scroll the recent applications i can open another application still while my phone is stuck. There is no way my phone is stuck. I called to the customer service in forming the same they said that they are technical team has declined the replacement because of the hanging issue. I i'm surprised and very disappointed to know that even after letting them know about the issue they are not even listening me and trusting me what actually issue i am facing with the phone. Instead of that they have made the decision and now they are saying they cannot replace the phone and it's final from there end. I request you to please help me to get my refund or the replacement for the same because the videos which i have sent tell clearly shows that there is no way my phone is stuck. It seems that quikr is doing the dictatorship as even after letting them the issue no they are not ready to listen and provide the customer service on this.
