[Resolved]  Quikr — quikr cheated on me

I ordered a 2nd hand sofa set from the seller via quikr door step delivery on 13th of november and the pick up is done on 16th of november from the seller but quikr guys were given it to someone else and asking me to cancel the order and telling me that seller not agreed to give the product which is a lie. So it's a breach of trust and cheating to the customer. They are not even responding my calls, emails and tweets. So strong action should be taken against them.
