[Resolved] Quikr — quikr delivered me wrong product and damaged product

I ordered an laptop through quickr.
They said it was in excellent condition.
Plz have a look.
The picture on site was of something else company and the laptop is of different company.
I was ok with the wrong product but even this product is damaged. The display is not showing. It's have a lot of scratches on screen and on its body.
Plz replace my product or refund me..

I have ordered a double bed with storage oreder id :[protected].
In last 1 week it has been rescheduled 5 time without notice.
Now i am frustrated with that.
Please let me know if it's going to deliver or not. If not please refund my money back at least.
