I have purchased one treadmill payment made on 20/10/17 it was scheduled to pick up on 22 oct 2017 it was not picked up by quicker doorstep dut to thier technical issue pick resheduled on 24/10/17 again pick uo skipped again resheduled for 26 once again for 28 after calling 7-8 times by me i recieved call from quicker some mr sayyed aceepted due to technical problem pick is delyed he assured me for pick up on 28 and delivary on priority he also promised he will convience seller but now saller is not available for 1 week i want to cancel my tranaaction i am told i need to pay rs 400.
It was quickers problem they failed to pick up for 1 week and also failed to convience seller. No positive reposne from customer care some shilpa promised to call back but no call yet. Please stop harrasing me and come out with solution for this pathetic service by quicker Was this information helpful? |
