[Resolved] Quikr — quikr doorstep - no delivery despite repeated follow ups ad id:[protected] | |||||
QuikrDoorStep is supposed to return my queen size bed which they had picked up since buyer refused delivery. For the past three days quikr doorstep has been scheduling a confirmed delivery but not delivering the product. Reaching out to customer care over phone and email has been fruitless so far with them simply passing the buck to the "scheduling department" or "logistics department". Every time I have had to skip office staying at home hoping they'd show up. This is causing intolerable mental agony and productivity loss to me. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Even after raising a complaint multiple times via multiple fora all I keep getting is false assurances from various teams in Quikr. I haven't seen a more unprofessional company than this one. Every time I keep hearing different stories about why my delivery hasn't happened yet. Anybody dealing with Quikr realize that quikr is a SCAM COMPANY ONLY INTERESTED IN CHEATING YOU OF YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY

I initiated the refund from Quickr balance to account 18 days back, but hasn't yet been credited to my account
