Hi,

I have done the payment of rs 4500 on 9th april 2016 for the ad id[protected].
The payment transaction id is [protected].

The item was scheduled to be delivered on 10th april 2016 between 10 am to 1 pm.

But the item is neither picked up nor the delivery person called me or seller till now.

Kindly request you to refund the money as soon as possible.
