[Resolved] Quikr — Quikr doorstep payment is not made | |||||
My ad id is[protected], i sold an item through quikr doorstep on 29th september 2016. The item got delivered to the buyer on 30th of september. Till now i didn't get the amount credited to my account. I called customer care on 3rd and they are saying the amount will be credited on 5th october, i called again on 5th they are saying the amount will be credited on 7th october. The customer care executive was saying they really cant do any thing because they have initiated the procedure from their side on 1st. If on 1st the procedure is initiated and the amount is not credited by 5th, they are not supposed to track it from their side? Also the doorstep pick up guys were not professional, the amount for pick up and delivery is already paid by the buyer, but when they come to pick up item they were demanding extra money from seller side. I would have let it go if the overall experience was smooth with this site, but that is not the case here. Was this information helpful? | |||||
