[Resolved]  Quikr — quikr doorstep product not picked up from seller

I had made a purchase from quikr doorstep on the 1st of jan 2020 however the order is still showing as awaiting response from seller for pick up schedule. Today it is 6th of jan 2020. I have made the payment through card and now i’m stuck with no product and also money is blocked with quikr. I am also constantly trying to contact quikr customer care on their number ‭[protected]‬ for the past 5 days and i am getting a response through their computer generated response that “our team will get back to you in 2 hours “ however no one has called yet. I’m wondering if this is the situation before the delivery of the product then what will be the scenario once i get the product (If i get it) and have to return it. I will not be able to get in touch with customer care team to arrange for a refund. I urge the quikr team to call me asap. I cannot write my mobile number here as it is a public forum however i am providing the ad id[protected]. Please look it up and give me a call immediately as if the seller is unwilling to sell the product anything then i would require an immediate refund in order to buy the same product from a different seller.

This is the same thing has happened to me, now the seller is also trying to reach them as money is stuck with the Quikr, at least if you don't take the responsibility for pickup and drop them you should refund the money or give the money to the seller so that the buyer can arrange the pickup on their own.
