[Resolved]  Quikr — quikr easy took rs.5000 to provide business leads but cheated me and refused to refund

My business was hitting rock bottom and at that time mr. Sujith from quikr easy called and wanted me to take up a package for providing business leads on a regular basis. Though i did not want any such leads, he literally kept on calling for days together and convinced me into taking a package.
I did not get any leads for a couple of months and though i kept asking him he said there was a issue which will get sorted out. Meanwhile i planned to shut my business and look at an alternative line of business and called quikr for a refund.
They abruptly refused and said they do not have a refund policy. I kept calling them regularly and though they promise to call back they never do so. Meanwhile i found sujith had left quikr.
They started sending me leads once in a way which was of no use to me and so informed them that it was useless to me and so please refund my money. They refused to do so. I went to the extent of deleting their app from my mobile as the very look of the name quikr made me feel upset and angry. It was a mental turmoil i was going through. Adding to this they send me mail every now and then saying that so many leads have been send.
Last week i send them a mail saying all this and to stop sending me mails as it was really getting me irritated and refund my money. A lady called me 2 days later and said that i had signed their agreement papers and hence they will not refund the money.
Quikr had cheated me completely. Their very name gives me a mental pressure and mood swing.
I'm planning to file a case against them with all the details i have with me.
But before that is there anything i should do...
