[Resolved] Quikr — quikr giving false promise of refund for premium ad services | |||
Hi team, I have posted an ad on quikr for selling my car. Next day quikr premium ad representative called and asked me to pay rs.1800 (Discounted price) to upgrade add to premium. He promised me that this fee is reimbursable if i find a buyer from other than quikr like another portal, friend, relative, etc. I did payment on fri jan 04 of amount rs.1800 and they provide receipt also for same. Later my relative only bought this car and i have sent multiple emails to quikr for a refund but they are neither replying mail nor returning my money. Following tickets, i have raised to quikr but till now i haven’t got a reply for a single request: 1) #965447 2) #560274 3) #762873 By this type of behaviour quikr losing the brand value by putting themselves down, I want my money back to be credited in my account and expect you to prove that you are genuine in the market.
