Quikr — Quikr not paying back my cashback refund

Please be advised, I've not yet received my Cashback refund for ad id[protected] and ad id[protected].

I've attached the product I purchased through Quikr. Request you to help to initiated the Cash Refund from Quikr.

Quikr is cheating by not paying the money.

Payment of Rs. 5000 on Quikr was successful

Payment of Rs. 12000 on Quikr was successful
The transaction id for this payment is [protected]. dining ad id[protected]. Cashback 1000

So they suppose to refund me back 1000+500 = 1500 Rs.
