[Resolved] Quikr — quikr premium ad services (ad id:[protected] | |||||
On 22/Nov/2018 I posted the ad :[protected] to sell my mobile phone. Immediately a received 2 phone calls from Quikr. In both calls they said, if I pay 1050/- Quikr will guarantee me to sell the phone for higher price. They given 100% surety. I agreed to pay, then they sent one url to make payment and put a condition within 20 minutes payment should be done otherwise they are not guaranteed to sell the mobile. So within 20 minutes I paid amount Rs.1050/- then they sent me a invoice for the same.(Payment id: pay_BOsmU8rlf3cbx6) (Invoice No: LF/NOV18/016890) I waited for 3 hours, but my add not posted on premium services. I called back Quikr customer care and questioned them "why my ad not posted in premium services?", they said after 24 hours your ad will go live after verification. This condition not informed before payment. And asked me to contact Premium add section. I called again and contacted premium ads section, then they said you will receive a call from Accounts manger and disconnected the call in between. But without using the any kind of services, without receiving a single offer from quikr, without using premium services of quikr I sold my mobile to my colleague for reasonable price. I called several times to the persons who called me on the day to pay 1050/-, they blocked my number and didn't picking up the calls. I sent refund request mails to '[protected]@quikr.com, [protected]@quikr.com, [protected]@quikr.com, [protected]@quikr.co.in'. They provided tickets numbers #987166, #751041. Whenever I try to track the tickets, there is no response. Please help me in this issue, and make Quikr to refund 1050/- to me as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
