[Resolved] Quikr — quikr pudo delay

Delivery executive picked up my order from kalyan nagar at 10:15am and was supposed to deliver it to btm layout before 12noon. Meanwhile he picked up another order and delayed my delivery, leading me to lose a customer. I was forced to initiate a refund to my customer for the delayed delivery and i ended up losing rs. 159 to quikr as well for sub-standard services. Will never again use quikr pudo for important deliveries as they do not fulfil their promises. Would not recommend their services for others either.

Updated by Joy Barboza By the way, when I called them at past 12:45, the delivery executive was still over half an hour away. I'm not sure when it will be delivered and whether my customer is going to be at the location. But I'm sure this saga will continue.
