You guys had taken money from me to create a new duplicate licence and also for upding my address in march 2019. Till now i have not received my service. I have been sending emails but there have been no response.

7th march you ugys took payment of rs 2500 for duplicate licence
8th march you guys took payment for rs 1500 for address change

Post these deducations whenever i have spoken to you guys you have confirmed that this will be done soon. Where is my money??
