Quikr rto service infomed me that they will take care of rto work from door step pick up and door step delivery with in 15 working days, have paid to the service to get the owner ship transfer for my wifes two wheeler vechile, its been 120 days stil have not received my card. When ever i send a mail they simply escapre with routine ansers and there is no proper escaltion point to get actvual update. Have complete mail chain on our conversation, last week have warned them that i will reach consumer forum but still there is no update from them. Request you to look in to issue and possible ban there service as they are giving false commitment and troubling the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
