Quikr — quikr rto services - fraud

I paid rs 2500 + 200 for RTO ownership transfer in April 2018 to Puviarasan(puviyarasan.[protected]@quikr.co.in ) and Nawazulla khan took my original documents. It's 1 year completed but no response from any one. Approxi 100 emails sent with patient. They are not even answering back properly after repeated follow-up.Sending same template email every time. Renuka Prasad who manages the dept is also not responding to my emails or phones. Submitted multiple quire's through contact us section but no one is responding to it.

All the times that i called, i was told that either the printing was pending at RTO.

Guessing by the magnitude of the quickr online market place I trusted on it like any other person. What I thought to be a hassle free service turned out be an never ending nightmare.

The money I paid is my hard earned money. And services like quikr without checking the authenticity allow anyone to post anything I creating a pain than cannot be cured! I thought and believed quikr to be a peoples app but it turned out to be a nightmare for me.

So far it has been a very frustrating experience and now i am losing patience.
It's my humble request to please look into the matter as soon as possible.
