I have paid quikr rto services rs 2500 for 2 wheeler driving license. Its been 2 months and no action has been taken from there end. Now, they are not even responding to my emails. So unethical and unprofessional 1st they charged you and not even provide the service you wanted. Kindly refund my money back as i don't see any progress from your end. I receive a sms ' You have outstanding rental dues of Rs.9800/-on Quikr. Pleas pay before the due date to avoid penalty of Rs. 50 per day''.

I have no any dues from Quikr..There is no any outstanding. It is flake sms.
Kindly solve the matter.

I am frustrated after doing so many mails and calls to relationship manager and customer support person but people are so casual regarding customer's problems. Either you people are able to resolve or I need to put writing complaint for it. As you people had taken money from us for delivery of response and services.
