Quikr — Quikr salesperson given fake commitment, Please refund my money

My name is sathish kumar and my company name is Murthy Builders. This company staff(SMB EMP ID: 9053 Sathiya Seelan M- phone no: [protected]) called to gave some fake commitment regards the lead package and I was paid Rs. 9000 for the ads packages.

The sales person told if lead is not relevant category then 200% replace it or cancel the ads package and refund the money what you will be decision.

After package activation I can't able to reach the sales person still now (24 days ago) because of he not picking calls and response. But he was cut my call every time.

Last 4 days before someone(customer support person) call from quikr after that will started to receive some lead for quikr but they are not relevant category.

I realize what a great salesperson him worked in quikr, because here he was got my money for he sales target to telling lies about the ads package. I don't know how many this kind of cheated salesperson working on quikr.

Now I don't know where I will contact get my money or solution for this issues.

Please don't trust salesperson and invest on quikr ads packages. I have attached my call history within the salesperson.

As per the team, We have spoken to the client last week he had escalated regarding the lead flow issue. Later we boosted the pack for lead flow and he has received 8 leads post-pack prioritized. We have also informed regarding the leads quality issue to update the problematic leads in the business application to replace the non-genuine leads in different loops as well, Hence, we are closing this case. Thank you.
