[Resolved] Quikr — Quikr service is pathetic, unethical behaviour from customer care | |||
I have bought a refrigerator through quikr on 6th september. Its been weeks since the product is not delivered to me. Every time i call customer care to deliver the item, they will say each excuse and assure me that product will be reached soon. They made me wait 2 days at home on scheduled time, but no one arrived. When the seller contacted quikr, the customer care told the seller that they called me 10 times but i didnt pick up the phone. First pathetic service and top of that putting blame on us, rather than servicing it. This is still continuing and the product has not reached me still.
