Dear team,
We registered a "top choice" for the category web design on last month 18th of september. After a continuous follow up with the sales person for service activation for about a week, it was finally got activated. Now the service is activated and its been more than 15 days that our company has registered with top choice but we haven't received a single lead so far.
Also we would like to inform that the sales person (J. John martin) number is switched off for most of the time.
We are very surprised to get such kind of response/service to get from quikr.
The amount (5000) we paid for top choice for one month in quikr hasnt give us the single lead so far.
Could anyone please guide me to the right team for refund/withdrawal of service.
