[Resolved] Quikr — received a faulty mobile | |||
Sir, This is gaurov. Today i received quikr certified mobile htc 526g plus order no. 677065 imei: [protected]. I ordered it in excellent condition but after unbox the phone i find out so scratches on screen, volume up and power key not work properly, very hard to press and edges are cracked. The major issue is power button not work max of the time that's why i cant use it. I think it is not even in acceptable condition. So, you are requested to take a necessary action. Last month i bought Emailer and Sms campaign from quikr (IQBAL sales man), but still i didn't get any update from your end .Many more times i asked through mail and phone cal to the sales man, but no response end, so that i don't want your package, ...Revert my money back as soon as possible..
