[Resolved] Quikr — received different, defective laptop than what was displayed on quikr.com

Respected sir/madam,

I had made a purchase for a laptop on quikr.com few days ago ad i'd[protected].
It was displayed its 4gb ram laptop. But. I received 2 gb ram laptop. More over it was also mentioned in excellent condition with no issues/defects but i have found that the right click of the mouse / touch pad of laptop is not working at all. R. I immediately called quikr and informed this thing they replied we can't help you. Seller can only help you now. Also the displays becomes flickery and distorted sometimes just after turning on computer. They have deleted this ad now. This is complete cheating.. I want to return this product and get a full refund. Please help me.. Regards jay p.

I can never recommend anyone to buy any thing on quikr. you are encouraging people /sellers to cheat more and more the ridiculous answer given by your support team . Any seller can write any thing on the ad page using quikr.com and your support team says that quikr is only an intermediate to ship the products between seller and buyer does that mean the sellers can openly cheat buyers using quikr.com .. According to your policy you should take very strict action against such sellers who post such fraudulent advertisment but instead you are saying we are responsible for only shipping the product and don't care what information is posted by seller.. Please take immediate action and help me ..
