[Resolved] Quikr — Received mobile in worst conditions | |||||
My order id is - 358254 On call confirmation about order your executive told me that refurbished device will have some MINOR SCRATCHES . I said ok. But when I received the product it is full of dents and even back panel is broken. No original box no accessories all they gave is phone in a plastic bubble wrap and duplicate cheap Chinese charger and cable which takes 6-7 hours to get fully charged. This is horrible. I want immediate replacement in which phone should be delivered with original box and accessories. Was this information helpful? | |||||
